Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Tumbling focuses on floor and trampoline skills, helping athletes develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through techniques like flips, handsprings, and cartwheels. It’s an excellent option for those who love acrobatics without the need for apparatus-based gymnastics training and a perfect add-on for cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling abilities.

Our tumbling classes run Monday through Thursday, with sessions starting as early as 4 PM and as late as 7 PM. Class availability is based on age and skill level. To view available class times, create an account through our customer portal and find the perfect fit for your athlete!

RECREATIONAL CLASS OPTIONS

Ages 2-4

Our Little Tumblers class is a 45-minute session perfect for our preschool-aged students who are ready to be introduced to the world of gymnastics and tumbling. In this class, we will work on our listening skills, balance, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and bearing weight in our hands.

Ages 5+

Our Level 1 Tumbling class is a 60-minute session perfect for athletes with basic tumbling knowledge and a solid foundation of strength and flexibility. In this class, athletes will focus on mastering fundamental skills such as cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, and backward rolls while progressing to more advanced techniques like back walkovers, front walkovers, falling back into a bridge, and kicking over from a bridge. It’s the ideal class for those ready to refine and gain their basics.

Ages 6+

Our Level 3 Tumbling class is a 60-minute session designed for athletes who have mastered all Level 2 skills and are ready to progress further. This class focuses on building speed and power in roundoff back handsprings to support aerial skills, while also developing air awareness and proper form for front and back tucks. Athletes will refine their technique and work on skills such as roundoff back handspring tucks, front tucks, and side aerials.

Ages 5+

Intro to Basics is a 60-minute class ideal for athletes new to tumbling or who have minimal experience. The focus is on building a solid foundation by introducing essential skills such as forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, and handstands. Along the way, athletes will also work on improving overall strength and flexibility, creating a strong base for future progress. Perfect for beginners looking to develop confidence and core skills!

Ages 5+

Our Level 2 Tumbling class is a 60-minute session designed for athletes who have mastered all Level 1 skills and are ready to advance. This class focuses on building a solid foundation for back handsprings and round-off back handsprings while also introducing front handsprings and bounders. Athletes will refine their technique and strength, preparing them to perform these skills with confidence.

Ages 7+

Our Level 4 & 5 Tumbling class is a 60-minute session designed to take aerial skills to the next level. Athletes will work on increasing height in their aerials, transitioning into a hollow body position for layouts. Once layouts are mastered, the focus shifts to maintaining that hollow position while incorporating additional twists. This class emphasizes proper progressions and drills to develop advanced skills such as layouts, fulls, doubles, Arabians, whips, and front fulls. Perfect for athletes aiming to refine their technique and achieve elite-level tumbling!
