9:00–9:15 | Welcome & Warm-Up
Greet athletes and guide them through basic stretches and dynamic movement to prepare for tumbling..
9:15–9:30am| Wake Up Your Body
Freeze Dance, Floor is Lava, Warm-up to get our bodies moving and ready for the day!
9:30am-10:15am | Tumbling & Gymnastics
Instructor-led skill practice on age-appropriate equipment, including strength and balance drills.
10:15am-10:45am | Balance/Flexibility/Coordination
10:45am-11:00am | Water and Bathroom Break
11:00–11:15 | Quick Water & Snack Break (optional)
Children can rest and hydrate. Light snack (provided by parent) allowed but not supervised as a meal.
11:15–12:00 | Tumbling Track & Conditioning
Practice skills on the air track, with core strength and agility drills.
12:00–12:30 | Lunch (Provided by Parents)
12:30–1:00 | Skill-Themed Movement Game/Craft
A fun movement game or craft tied to tumbling skills
